Ballscrews & Supports

A screw spindle and a nut of recirculating balls turn rotation into linear travel: up to 90 percent efficient, about a third the drive torque of a lead screw. Ground screws hold JIS C0; rolled screws hold DIN 5 (23 µm). Diameters run 4 mm miniature through 120 mm, with Dm-N values to 220,000.

    E2 self-lubricant

    A removable, refillable oil-cartridge kit on the ball nut keeps the tracks lubricated long-term, refilled without pulling the screw from the machine.

    EL auxiliary lubrication

    Modules at both ends of the nut feed oil directly into the rolling groove, extending the maintenance interval up to 10,000 km. Cleanroom class 1000 compatible.

    Cool Type I

    Forced cooling keeps the shaft and ball-nut temperature uniform, minimizing heat generation and thermal expansion during operation.

Precision ground

Ground on Gothic-arch balltracks to accuracy grades C0 to C7 and verified by laser measurement against ISO, JIS, and DIN standards. Spans 6 mm through 100 mm, including the quiet Super S return and the high-speed Super Z cassette-type circulation.

Heavy load & rotating nut

Heavy Load · R1 Series Rotating Nut

The HL heavy-load series carries the ultra-high thrusts of all-electric injection molding, die-cast and forging machines, semiconductor manufacturing machines and heavy-duty actuators. R1 integrates the ball nut with a support bearing and rotates the nut on a fixed shaft, so long strokes run at high speed without inertia or shaft whip.
