HIWIN Corporation was established in 1992 as the group’s Chicago subsidiary and today serves the United States, Mexico, and Canada from Huntley, Illinois.
Huntley pairs local inventory with application engineering, so a guideway or ballscrew question reaches an engineer, not a call center. A distributor network across the United States, Mexico, and Canada puts HIWIN components within reach of every plant, and the facility itself is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120B.

HIWIN Technologies was established in Taichung, Taiwan in October 1989, specializing in ballscrews and motion control components. The name compresses the promise into two syllables, Hi-tech WINner: you are a Hi-tech WINner with us.
Today the group manufactures a complete line of motion control products, from ballscrews and linear guideways to motors, stages, and industrial robots. Subsidiaries in Germany, the United States, Japan, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and Singapore keep the company close to its markets, R&D centers in Tokyo, Offenburg, and Moscow keep engineering close to its customers, and HIWIN patents are registered in more than 34 countries.
