Single-axis stages
LMSSA · LMSSA Clean Room Type · NPS
LMSSA axes pair iron-core or coreless motors with 0.1 micron feedback and strokes to 2,700 mm; the cleanroom variant carries an ISO class 2 rating for front-end semiconductor work. NPS nano precision stages sit here too, in ironless linear-motor (L) and AC servo ballscrew (AC) versions.
Multi-axis platforms

LMSSA-XY cross tables ship with integrated cable management, LMX1 tables combine into custom XY sets, and LMG2A gantries span wide formats: multi-axis dynamics as catalog assemblies.
Planar motors
LMSP planar motors ride an air bearing across a two-dimensional platen, positioning in X, Y, and theta with no mechanical guidance at all. LMDX supplies the matching servo drive and motion control.
