Why HIWIN

One factory, the whole robot.

HIWIN provides a vertically integrated ecosystem of robots, grippers, and vision technology built with our own precision components. This single-source manufacturing model ensures a level of reliability and hardware-software synergy that legacy brands cannot match.

FAQ

How buying a robot works.

How do I get pricing for a HIWIN robot?

Robots are quoted to your application rather than sold from a price list. Send a request through the quote form and a HIWIN engineer will follow up to scope payload, reach, cycle time, and integration before preparing a quote.

Can I see a robot running before I buy?

Yes. HIWIN can arrange a no-cost, in-person demo at your convenience, and application engineers can review your parts and cycle targets in the same conversation.

What welding equipment are HIWIN welding robots compatible with?

Welding robots support most welding power source controls on the market, so automating does not mean changing welding platforms.

Is the robot programming software licensed?

There are no license fees. Every robot includes HIWIN control software free of charge, with free updates for the life of the robot.

Do HIWIN robots come as complete cells?

They can. Stations arrive with programming, end effectors, and support: a working cell rather than a robot in a crate.

Why does it matter that HIWIN makes its own components?

The strain wave gears, crossed roller bearings, and motors inside every robot come from HIWIN factories, so accuracy is designed in rather than bought in, and service parts come from one source.

A white industrial robotic arm labeled HIWIN operates in a modern factory setting with blue safety barriers and various tools on a metal workbench.
