Start customizing your product with our configurator

The KK integrates a ballscrew and a guideway on one FEA-optimized U-rail: the rail is the base, the guideway and the structure at once, so a two-part module replaces the traditional four-part stage (table, base, two guideways) and arrives install-ready. Gothic-arch four-point contact carries load equally from every direction. Eight frame widths from KK30 to KK130 cover screw leads of 1 to 25 mm and rail lengths from 75 to 1,680 mm, in precision or normal accuracy grades with covers, bellows, motor flanges and limit-switch packages from the same order code.

Want it quieter? SK is the KK body with SynchMotion on the guideway block and rail and Tangent Circulation on the ballscrew: smoother and quieter for axes near operators and patients. View SK Series →

Models

Model numbers encode frame and lead: a KK6010 is a 60 mm frame with a 10 mm lead. 60D and 86D are separate frame variants with the same leads and rail lengths as KK60 and KK86 but a larger drive shaft (Ø8h7 on KK60D against Ø6h7 on KK60, Ø10h7 on KK86D against Ø8h7 on KK86); block count (1 or 2) is a separate position in the order code. Precision grade lifts the load table over normal grade.
