The SK single-axis stage is the same stage body as the KK series with a SynchMotion guideway: HIWIN's patented SynchMotion Technology gives quieter and smoother movement, superior lubrication and longer service life, and the guideway load ratings differ from the KK's. SynchMotion partitions and Tangent Circulation Technology cut running noise by about 3 to 5 dB against the equivalent KK, with a low particle emission rate, making the SK the pick for industries that require higher speeds and quieter performance. Four models pair the 60 and 86 mm frames with 5 to 20 mm ballscrew leads and rail lengths from 150 to 940 mm, in precision or normal accuracy grades.
SK is the same stage body as KK with a SynchMotion guideway, and its guideway load ratings differ; drop the SynchMotion requirement and KK is the base unit. View KK Series →

Models
Model numbers encode frame and lead: an SK6010 is a 60 mm frame with a 10 mm lead. 60D and 86D are separate frame variants that take the same leads and rail lengths as SK60 and SK86; block count (1 or 2) is a separate position in the order code. Load values are the ballscrew basic dynamic rating in precision grade; normal grade runs about 10 to 13 percent lower.

Accuracy grades
Precision grade lifts the load table and tightens every accuracy figure over normal grade.
- P Precision — ±0.003 mm repeatability, accuracy 0.020 - 0.040 mm and running parallelism 0.010 - 0.030 mm by rail length
- C Normal — ±0.005 mm repeatability, lower starting torque, general automation duty
