The DSH-PH builds the DATORKER strain wave gearset (wave generator, hollow-type flex spline and ring-type circular spline) into a unit that arrives assembled and lubricated, with a crossed roller bearing included, packing high reduction ratios into little space. A hollow shaft runs through the axis for routing cables and lines.

Rated torque is at 2,000 rpm input; peak torque covers start and stop. The highest ratios are not available on the smallest models. A customized code appends last when applicable, e.g. DSH-25-100-PH-C.
