CRBE High Rigidity Crossed Roller Bearing with Mounting Holes
- Type
- High rigidity with mounting holes (CRBE)
- Bore Diameter
- 20 - 210 mm
- Dynamic Load Rating
- 8.26 [kN] - 142 [kN]
- Accuracy Grades
- P4, P2
High rigidity with mounting holes (CRBE): Consists of an inner ring and an outer ring with mounting holes. The mounting holes allow the crossed roller bearing to be fixed directly, and it is suitable for rotating both the inner ring and outer ring.
CRBC is the same high-rigidity one-piece construction without the mounting holes. View CRBC Series →

Sizes
The suffix letter is the mounting-hole execution: A thread holes on the inner ring with counter-bores on the outer, B counter-bores on both rings in the same direction, C counter-bores in reverse direction. B and C start at size 08022; every bearing comes sealed (WW) or open (NN), in clearance C8 (zero backlash) or C1 (low friction).

Accuracy grades
CRBE runs P4 and P2; rotational runout is controlled per bearing number (inner-ring radial runout 3 to 8 µm in P4, 3 to 5 µm in P2). Contact HIWIN for higher accuracy.
- P4 High — Robot joints, rotary tables
- P2 Precision — Machine tools, inspection equipment
Internal clearance
- C8 Negative (preload) — Zero backlash for indexing and joints
- C1 Positive — Lower friction torque under light duty
Seals
- WW Sealed both sides — Keeps the track clean, retains grease
- NN Open — Lowest friction for low-torque axes
Mounting holes
Every CRBE has mounting holes; the letter sets the hole style on each ring.
- A Thread holes on inner ring — Counter-bores on the outer ring; all 8 sizes
- B Same-direction counter-bores — Both rings bolt from one side; sizes 08022 to 21040
- C Reverse-direction counter-bores — Rings bolt from opposite sides; sizes 08022 to 21040

How buying works
Spec it in the configurator: drawings, 3D CAD, and a quote to follow.
HIWIN series are configured to your application, not bought off the shelf. Start from your loads and speeds if you are still choosing a size.
