• A Analog optical 0.1 µm — ±1 µm repeatability, ±2 µm accuracy
• K Digital optical 0.1 µm — ±1 µm repeatability, ±2 µm accuracy; max velocity 1.5 m/s
• P Absolute optical 0.5 µm (BiSS-C) — ±1 µm repeatability, ±2 µm accuracy
• G Digital optical 1 µm — ±2 µm repeatability, ±4 µm accuracy
• V Digital magnetic 1 µm — ±2 µm repeatability, ±4 µm accuracy
• R Absolute magnetic 1 µm (BiSS-C) — ±2 µm repeatability, ±4 µm accuracy
• F Analog magnetic 1 µm — ±3 µm repeatability, ±6 µm accuracy

Limit switches

Normally closed, minus/home/plus, on open leads over 0.3 m: inductive NPN (A) or PNP (B), optical NPN (D) or PNP (E).

Lengths measure from the motor/encoder; from the forcer plate they run 0.5 m shorter.
