HIWIN Corporation is upgrading to a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, with the new platform going live on May 1st, 2026. The investment supports our continued growth, streamlining operations, strengthening inventory management, and improving collaboration across business units, so we can serve customers and vendors with greater accuracy and speed.

What changes on May 1st

Business documents (purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, and order acknowledgements) will carry updated formatting. Some item numbers and internal references will change as part of the migration; cross-references to your existing external part numbers are preserved, so the products you order stay identifiable. During the transition window, some transactions may take slightly longer to process than usual.

What you need to do

No immediate action is required. We simply ask customers and vendors to review documents carefully beginning May 1st and flag anything that looks off to your HIWIN representative. Detailed transition letters for customers and vendors are available from your representative, and a dedicated mailbox, [email protected], is staffed for questions throughout the changeover.

Our commitment

This upgrade is about serving you better: more accurate data, clearer communication, and faster service delivery. We appreciate your patience during the transition and are committed to keeping any disruption to a minimum.
